HSL observed the 52nd National Safety Day on O4 Mar 2023. To mark the ocassion, HSL employees have administered a safety pledge. On this occasion, Cdr JP Gupta, Director( Corporate Planning & Personnel) while addressing the employees emphasized the importance of Safety, Health and Environment in day to day life. He said that Safety emanates from empathy & concern for all personnel  working with us and ' Key to safety is in your hand'. D(CP& P) awarded certificates and prizes to the winners of various competitions, which were organised as part of safety awareness program. Also, as part of safety awareness program and with an aim to improve safety standards in the shipyard, HSL has conducted one day safety training program for employees including contract workmen in batches and safety Q CARD were issued to 4000 personnel during the 3rd Quarter of FY 2022-23.
