Smt Kala Hari Kumar, president Naval Wives welfare Assocation (NWWA) Launched concurrently "Nistar" (Yard 11190) and Nipun" (Yard 11191), Diving support Vessels built by Hindustan shipyard Ltd Visakhapatnam on 22 Sep 2022 in the presence of Admiral R Hari Kumar, PVSM ,AVSM ,VSM, ADC, Cheif of the Naval Staff ,Indian Navy and other senior officers from indian Navy and Ministry of Defence.
